As to any loss of or damage to the luggage other than the passenger's cabin luggage, unless the carrier or his servant or agent proves to the contrary, it shall be presumed that the carrier or his servant or agent has committed a fault, no matter how the loss or damage was caused 旅客自帶行李以外的其他行李的滅失或者損壞,不論由于何種事故所引起,承運人或者承運人的受雇人、代理人除非提出反證,應(yīng)當(dāng)視為其有過失。
